Most talented athletes at club level never get seen. Not because they aren't good enough — because no one is looking in the right place, at the right time, with the right evidence.
We work with UK athletics clubs to find athletes competing at regional and national level who sit below the UKA funding threshold — typically U17 to senior athletes with results that indicate genuine potential but no current pathway to visibility.
Identification isn't just about times. We look at trajectory, consistency, and the gap between training performance and competition performance. A 17-year-old running 11.8 on a difficult track in poor conditions tells a different story than the same time suggests on paper.
Athletes are never charged. Our relationship is with clubs and brands, not athletes.
For each athlete, we produce a credibility pack — a structured evidence document that translates athletic performance into a language that brands, universities, and funding bodies can act on.
This isn't a CV. It's a contextualised performance record that shows trajectory, sets times against age-group rankings, explains what current standard means relative to funded pathways, and builds a narrative around the person as well as the numbers.
The pack is the asset that opens doors. It travels further and faster than an email introduction alone.
We operate across three funding channels simultaneously: regional brand sponsorship for local businesses where athlete association is a community and content play; university athletic scholarship programmes with development funding but limited visibility into club-level talent; and public funding pathways including SportsAid nominations, local authority budgets, and NGB development programmes.
We don't chase every channel for every athlete. We assess which combination is most likely to succeed and focus effort there.
